Phil was employed by a market leading ventilation manufacturer and contractor working directly for Astra Zeneca. Brought in midway through the project, he was tasked with building client relations and to support and strengthen the onsite team. The project itself was vast and ever changing, thus creating many legacy issues which required a positive team mentality and focused and robust tracking controls to manage quality and compliance. The project was delivered with great success, and Phil is proud to have been part of such a high-profile build supporting the advancement of life changing medicines.
