Stansted Airport International Arrivals (New build Extension)

The £40 million project created an extra 5,900m2 of floor space to the international arrivals area of the terminal, with the expanded immigration, baggage and customs halls opening in June 2008 and fully completed in December 2008.

Phil and his team managed the public health package from the under croft to all bathroom and adjoining areas. Driven to design and install a system and components robust enough to withstand the heavy footfall was the focus whilst on an extremely tight budget. The project was incredibly tightly run, with high quality and delivered very successfully without overspend.
